Everybody's OK

Today was a busy day. I was in Centerton most of the day where the worst damage in the county probably occurred from Sunday's tornadoes. If this area was as densely developed as Centerton proper (see: ugly houses crammed next to one another and surrounded by cul-de-sacs), there would have been 100 houses completely destroyed. As it was, with most houses sitting on 10 or more acres of land, there was only about 10-20 that was severely damaged. Some were wiped clean from their foundation.

Unbelievably, (especially after seeing the damage firsthand), no one was killed or very seriously injured.

I'll post some more pictures tomorrow when I can get to them. Here's one from a house that was, uh, "removed" from its foundation and scattered over the better part of 500 yards to the east. I'm not sure if you've ever tried to lift an upright piano.....
